As RC players we can message to each other even without having to place the Red Ruby Post Office Box inside our restaurant. All your friends need to do is just to click on "write message" icon at the bottom left and write the message to, then click send is that simple
I just wish rc can offer an express post service that comes delivery confirmation like DHL or UPS or even Fedex so the sender can know if the recipient has received and read their mail. This way, we don't have to wonder if our friends have actually read all our messages or not ^_^
Speaking about replying to your friends' mail, you don't need to go inside their rc to do this. All you need to do is just to click on the mail (see above pic) and press reply -> then write the message to your friend -> press send after you finish writing the message
Now, in regards to saying thank you after your friends send some Expensive Limousine or Plasma TV or even just any furniture, you can just open the Pink Ruby color Parcel / Gift box then at the bottom there is a "say thank you" button -> press that button then write the thank you message to your friend

RC opening hours can be confusing for many new players who don't have large cash to open their restaurant for 24 hours.
For those of you who would like save your coins or simply don't have $19,400 coins to open yours for 24 hours, you can choose to open it for 30 mins instead. By doings so, you will still get the Points and also the bonus cash in the end of 30 mins
Another option is for you to open it for 1 - 2 hours, which generally cost about $200-$400 in cash, but at least you don't have to log in to rc as often
I have seen many of my friends' restaurant who has limited cash, so they ended up closing their rc for the whole day. This is not a good option if you want to increase your popularity level or even your cash level.
For those people who have cash less than $30,000 they are better of use the cash to buy more furniture or ingredients to stock up (for stock trading with friends or for self-usage) rather than choosing to open their rc for 24 hours.
Because those $30000 cash can be used to purchase 7 - 8 ingredients in rc stock market place, and simply open your rc only for 30 mins which will cost you nothing or just for 1-2 hours which generally cost about 30-100 in cash
By doing this you will get more ingredients and also still earn the bonus cash in the of 30mins.
Having cash is the number one aspect that all rc players are concerned of, so that's why we need to be efficient in using the rc cash. So when there is a New home theater , golf equipments Jaguar , BMW , or any other sports car that are on sale, we can buy those expensive items straight away without having to wait for a few days or weeks to buy them
