Gourmet King offers 3 items for you to choose from. You need to think what would your friends need the most.
The most item that people choose is an Ingredient (e.g Apple , Lamb , Corn , Sugar , Onion etc). This is a good choice, because most people needs extra ingredients for them to level up.
The second choice would be an item (e.g shirt , table , chair etc). Now I do recommend this to be offered to your friends so they decorate their restaurant without having to pay for the furniture.
Another good thing about choosing furniture instead of ingredient would be for your friends to Sell the furniture for extra cash.
Often people ignore Recipe, without realizing that the Recipe has not been owned by your friends. Especially when they are New to Restaurant City, most of them don't have the New Recipe yet and they will be very thankful that you Post one for them.
